The Missouri Department of Economic Development, Missouri Business
and Community service Division offers a variety of incentive
programs to Missouri businesses. A list of available incentives

New and exciting developments are taking place at state and
local levels and in the near future many more services specifically
for businesses will be available in the Ozark Region. Keep looking
here for the addition of many more services within the coming
year.
Just a few of the upcoming services envisioned by state and
local leaders would include, testing and assessment of employees,
revamping the Rapid Response Coordinator from just facilitating
WARN notices and helping those businesses who are closing by
explaining the options open to the affected employees, to a reactive
part of an Early Warning System also aided by the Business Services
Team and Economic Development representatives to help employers
find solutions to problems before they find a need to close their
doors.
Talent Acquisition and Development, a new program on the horizon,
addresses the root causes of occupational and skills shortages
in industries that drive Missouri’s economy. A variety
of incumbent and emerging workers can be served through approved
projects. Priority is given to innovative and collaborative training
projects that offer talent solutions to skill-up Missourians
