Are you looking for insurance protection when hiring at-risk job applicants?
The Federal Bonding Program provides an employer with no cost,
no deductible insurance coverage if eligible, at-risk job applicants
are hired. Selected job applicants that are determined to be “at-risk” can
be eligible to be bonded for a six-month period. At risk populations
include ex-offenders, persons with poor credit ratings or no
employment history, troubled youth, or others of legal working
age who cannot secure employment without traditional bonding.
