Missouri Employer Committee

The Missouri Employer Committee (MEC) is a network of employers interested in HR-related issues. There is one State Steering committee and 32 local committees that are located across the State of Missouri. This involves nearly 5,000 employers statewide.  Local MECs are an excellent resource for local businesses to network and obtain important information on subjects, such as Unemployment Insurance, Workers' Compensation, training assistance and tax credits.

The Branson MEC is one of the most active in the State!  We host an annual job fair in order to help employers gear up for the busy tourist season. This year the Job Fair will be held on Saturday February 23rd from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Hilton Convention Center (south entrance) located at 200Sycamore Street, Branson.
